We welcome staff and students to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Te Wiki o te Reo M膩ori (M膩ori Language Week) at our Tauranga campus.
We also have a photo exhibit running all week on campus that is open to the public (everyone is invited).

Whakaaturanga Whakaahua | Photo Exhibit (Open to the Public - everyone is welcome)
Don鈥檛 miss this powerful visual experience! All week in the Level 2 foyer (outside the lecture theatre), immerse yourself in a stunning photography exhibition celebrating the work of gifted M膩ori photographers. Through a uniquely M膩ori lens, these artists capture deeply personal and moving stories of individuals receiving their moko kanohi. Featured photographers include Erica Sinclair (Te Wh膩nau a Apanui, East Coast) and Naera Ohia (Tauranga Moana). This is a must-see celebration of visual storytelling around the sacred tradition of moko kanohi, identity, whakapapa and resilience.
